For the Walls and Roof we use 80mm thick panels which have a 'U-Value' of 0.2611 which is well below the recommended maximum of 0.44 for a roof and 0.57 for walls
FOUNDATION SYSTEM
There are many different site conditions from customer to customer. We offer two options depending on the ground conditions that the house will be sited on.
Sand and gravel.
On loose sand and gravel we recommend poured concrete pad stones. This will need to be done approx 1 week before the house is delivered and assembled on site. Foundation Holes are dug to the recommended depth, formers (moulds) are added above each hole and the concrete is poured to form a solid surface to take the house chassis.
Concrete, Stone Slabs, Compacted Gravel
For more solid surfaces we recommend our preformed pad stones.
These do now require foundations therefore can be positioned and the house can be assembled the same day.
Prior any build we will survey the site to assess which support types is required.

INTERNET CONNECTIONS
In most cases, the Wi-Fi signal from your broadband router in your home won’t be strong enough to reach your location or if it does reach, it is very weak, making effective working difficult. Fortunately, if this is the case there are several cost-effective options available to you.
Option 1 - A Wi-Fi extender is a simple piece of equipment that does exactly what it says – it connects to your existing Wi-Fi network and extends the signal, creating a hotspot or bridge between the main router and your garden building.
Option 2 - Running an Ethernet cable from your house to your office is the most secure and reliable method of achieving an internet connection. This is possibly the best option for a garden office that requires a reliable and fast internet connection.
Work House Builds Can supply either a WiFi extender unit or can arrange for an Ethernet cable to be installed if required.
